    The chicken dinners I ordered were hot and fresh. Tasted great. Also, they have some of the best pizza and wings in town

    Me and my family get hartley's at least twice a week and it's always amazing...food is always good correctly and it's always nice and warm...delivery guys always come in a decent amount of time also...prices I think are perfect for that kind of food!!!

    Literally the ONLY delivery place that will deliver to me... Live on extended Bedford Rd. at a Cumberland address... but, it's WAAAYY too much to ask of any other place to drive 5 mins out of Cumberland, even when promised a big tip.. "We don't go past Moon Glo, sorry honey!!".. Says Papa John's and Chopstix... Hartley's always on point, and always get my business - Great pizza too!! Thanks for being there for the outskirts folks!
